Rust Converter reacts with rust to form a protective black colored barrier and acts as a primer for metal-protective paints. The product is intended to be used on rusted, or partly rusted, steel surfaces on which it will form a ready-to paint barrier resistant to water vapor, oxygen and carbon dioxide to prevent further rusting.
