Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Colorwall Manager, the Administrative Assistant will handle customer accounts, coordinate with ongoing projects, organize files and follow up with day to day operational requests.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Organize and follow up with all administrative functions of the contracting department
  • Communicate and follow up with clients by emails and/or phone
  • Follow up with client payments in coordination with the accounting officer
  • Assist the Manager in following up with each project’s expenditures and present them to the accounting department
  • Proofread and amend  submittal contracts and follow up with banks when necessary
  • Assist the Manager in preparing all relevant reporting to weekly managerial meetings and follow up on decisions taken
  • Answer all incoming phone calls with professionalism and relay when necessary
  • Welcome visitors into the Colorwall department.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required:
  • Must have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, Public Administration or related field
  • Excellent written business communication skills in English, French is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have organizational skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Unit: Flagship Retail Store Department
Location: Musseitbeh Beirut, Lebanon
Type of Work: Full Time

Job Purpose:

Directly supervise and coordinate all retail activities of Colortek wall and floor fashion flagship store. Duties include supervisory and operational functions such as retail reporting, imposing operational procedures, implementing franchise guidelines, store purchasing, budgeting, sales programs, in-store activities and retail staff supervision.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for consistently opening and closing the Colortek flagship store on time
  • Responsible for cash management and supervision of balance point of sale drawers and safe
  • Ensure proper restocking, replenish and audit on a daily basis
  • Analyze key sales indicators to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers and report general progress to management
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Assist in ERP initiation phase and managing data flow
  • Oversee, supervise and give daily instructions to the Colortek Crew
  • Advise Colortek sales crew on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of the store
  • Coordinate with the HR department regarding recruitment needs, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Train the Colortek sales crew on effective customer service and sales etiquette
  • Advise customers regarding Colortek products & services needs
  • Ensure every customer has an enjoyable experience at the Colortek flagship retail branch
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
  • Relay with the central workshop for training and technical product support
  • Ensure store’s physical condition, displays and fixtures are in line with trade marketing guidelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing department to organize marketing, promotional campaigns and in-store activities
  • Assist in CRM initiation phase and daily management of data flow
  • Maintain efficiency of CCTV system & manage safety breaches or emergencies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required:
  • BA in Business Management or related field
  • Experience in retail management of a franchised business is a preference
  • Knowledge of ERP software is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic, French is a plus

Unit: Flagship Store Retail Department
Location:Lebanon, Beirut
Type of work: Full Time

Job Purpose:

Serve as Colortek’s brand ambassador by successfully representing the brand and selling its products & services. Duties include working, interacting and building relationships with painters, design professionals and homeowners by utilizing the Colortek showroom and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base of Colortek®’s decorative & architectural product lines, solution paints, color collections, along with their appropriate usage & applications
  • Understand and support Colortek®’s corporate mission, as well as the Company's marketing and sales targets
  • Offer tailored advice and consultancy to painters, design professionals and homeowners
  • Offer applicable product information and product data sheets to customers
  • Maintain clean and neat showroom appearance.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
  • Strong customer service competencies a must (showroom experience a plus)
  • BA degree in Interior Design or Marketing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers/software (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and public speaking skills.

Job Purpose:

The Specification Consultant will assume the responsibility for proactively developing business opportunities in both public and private sectors in the Lebanese marketplace.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review, organize and build on client base (Architects, Designers, contractors and key customers)
  • Organize visits agenda and propose them to management
  • Map the end users relevant to infrastructure projects in Lebanon,  along with the feed design consultants responsible for recommending the same projects design specifications
  • Scan the market for sales opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate data base of all infrastructure projects coming up and map and quantify the total value of relevant opportunities
  • Present products and offerings and specifying in ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Organize seminars and presentations to Architects  and Universities
  • Link with governmental agencies and help in developing standards
  • Maintain dialogue with decision makers at each stage of the project to anticipate demand and manage product planning
  • Visit class A clients for design consultancy
  • Fill ERP reports accurately and immediately
  • Build skills for systems (color consultancy, product consultancy)
  • Assisting franchisees in their specification submittals.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • BA in related field
  • Excellent command of English, French and Arabic in both verbal and written communication
  • In depth knowledge of Colortek products and technical details (training provided)
  • In depth knowledge of the building, design and construction industry
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Advanced selling skills
  • Must be presentable and reflect the company’s image at all times
  • Organized, confident, highly motivated self-starter
  • Excellent relationship building, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
  • Ability to issue reports and analyze data before presenting to superiors
  • Travel might be needed for training and support purposes
  • Holder of a valid driver’s license
Department: Retail
Unit: Tinting and Mixing
Location: Beirut, Lebanon
Type of Work: Full Time

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the shop manager, the tinting and mixing specialist will prepare and tint all customers' paint orders as well as perform quality check prior to release.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Retrieve paint bases from warehouse and select formulas from computer or formula book
  • Select appropriate paint base for final color
  • Select appropriate universal pigment to achieve final color
  • Operate tinting machine and maintain it for optimal functioning
  • Provide print color name by using computer
  • Dispense colorant into can
  • Check for color accuracy after mixing the paint in the shaker for three minutes or longer
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required:
  • High School Degree is a must
  • Ability to lift and stack processed paints on mixing trays and storage pallets or manually
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
  • Ability to read and follow work orders
  • Sensitive to color, able to see/differentiate color and efficient in color adjustments. 
  • Able to color match in the given time frame
  • Experience involving production operations or the use of basic tinting equipment is a major plus
  • Ability to operate paint dispensers, tint machine and mixer is a major plus
