Job Purpose:


The Customer Service Supervisor will be accountable for effectively working in and maintaining a well-functioning Colortek® Showroom. The right candidate will serve as Colortek®’s Brand Ambassador by working, interacting and building relationships with painters, design professionals and homeowners by utilizing the Showroom and ensuring it properly represents the brand.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base of Colortek®’s decorative & architectural product lines, solution paints, color collections, along with their appropriate usage & applications
  • Understand and support Colortek®’s corporate mission, as well as the Company's marketing and sales targets
  • Offer tailored advice and consultancy to painters, design professionals and homeowners
  • Offer applicable product information and product data sheets to customers
  • Maintain clean and neat showroom appearance.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Strong customer service competencies a must (showroom experience a plus)
  • BA degree in Interior Design or Marketing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers/software (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and public speaking skills.

    RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CHEMISTS

    Job Title: Research & Development Chemist- Powder Specialist
    Department: Lab
    Unit: R&D
    Location: AinAnoub, Lebanon
    Type of Work: Full Time

    Job Purpose:
    Reporting to the Head Chemist, the R&D Chemist will be in charge of testing, developing and improving powder-form plasters and fillers and advanced chemical solutions and building materials.



    Formulation, Development and QC

    • Development of powder-form plasters and fillers for surface preparations.
    • Laboratory testing to assist in making qualitative and quantitative analysis.
    • Product testing and product Feedback tracking to ensure efficient development process.
    • Formulation enhancements to improve efficiencies and consistency in manufacturing.
    • Rigorous and continuous testing of incoming raw materials.
    • Rigorous and continuous testing of produced batches.
    • Maintaining the integrity of Colortek formulations and data.


    Product Support & Initiatives

    • Investigating the root causes of off-specification batches and implementing effective preventative actions.
    • Customer Service support and interaction including site visits to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
    • Product support or assistance to chemists, technicians and lab support.
    • Sales support or assistance to customer service and contracting teams including visits and needed paperwork.
    • Self-education and integration of new technologies associated with the growing demands of the market.


    Regulatory Compliance

    • Writing and Issuing Material Safety Data Sheets and needed data sheets in general
    • Follow toxicity program requirements, labeling programs and any other industry and/or governmental programs associated with consumer product safety.
    • Work with Production Management regarding manufacturing and/or procedural process improvements for all products.
