DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the digital & social media officer will concentrates on marketing the business and its service on the internet so that more people become aware of Colortek.


Key Accountabilities:



  • Build and connect with an audience by using social media platforms to implement a consistent brand message and tell the story of the brand as established in the strategy developed by the marketing committee and agency.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and execute our social media and online presence
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with agencies and other partners
  • work with marketing manager to ensure end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • BA in related field from a reputable university
  • An in depth knowledge of digital marketing practices
  • Technical Skills Needed:
  • Facebook / Instagram and other relevant social media platforms posting and campaign management
  • Google business suite knowledge: Google ads, Google analytics, Google pages, SEO and SEM, etc.
  • Website CMS use for product entries and blog articles
  • YouTube channels for Vlogging
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar post is a plus

Job Purpose:

Supervise and coordinate all retail activities of the Colortek flagship store. Duties include supervisory and operational functions such as retail reporting, imposing operational procedures, implementing franchise guidelines, store purchasing, budgeting, sales programs, in-store activities and retail staff supervision.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for opening and closing the Colortek flagship store
  • Responsible for cash management
  • Ensure proper restocking and audit on a daily basis
  • Analyze key sales indicators to determine sales potential and inventory requirements
  • Monitor the preferences of customers and report general progress to management
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Manage sales personnel on policies and operating procedures
  • Coordinate with the HR department recruitment needs, training, and performance evaluations
  • Advise customers regarding Colortek products & services needs
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
  • Relay with the central workshop for training and technical product support
  • Ensure store’s physical condition, displays and fixtures are in line with trade marketing guidelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing department to organize marketing, promotional campaigns and in-store activities
  • Implement CRM daily procedures and management
  • Maintain efficiency of CCTV system & manage safety breaches or emergencies.

Skills and Experience required:

  • BA in Business Management or related field
  • Experience in retail management of a franchised business is a preference
  • Knowledge of ERP software is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic, French is a plus

Job Purpose:

The Graphic Design Officer will join the marketing team and help in designing or creating graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs. This includes web, email, social media content, print collaterals, mood scenes and inspiration, catalogues, sales materials, advertising, and other company collaterals.



Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist brand manager in executing the designs of different marketing collaterals using most efficient software
  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations
  • Upload designs, layout and content on company Website
  • Assist in managing Social Media content creation including photography and videography
  • Support the team in CSR programs and events activations
  • Shoot Colortek “how to videos” and room scenes photography

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
  • BA Degree in Graphic Design, Digital/Web design or related
  • Must have 2 years’ experience as graphic designer
  • Proficient in: Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Premier.
  • Photography & videography skills are a must
  • Must have good taste in design (portfolio to be presented)
  • Ability to accept criticism, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Serve as Colortek’s brand ambassador by successfully representing the brand and selling its products & services. Duties include working, interacting and building relationships with painters, design professionals and homeowners by utilizing the Colortek showroom and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base of Colortek’s offering 
  • Understand and support Colortek’s corporate mission
  • Integrate the company's marketing and sales targets
  • Offer tailored advice and consultancy to Colortek's clients
  • Offer applicable product information and product data sheets to customers
  • Maintain clean and neat showroom appearance.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Strong customer service competencies a must
  • Showroom sales experience is a plus
  • BA degree in Interior Design or Marketing preferred.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the shop manager, the tinting and mixing specialist will operate Colortek's paint tinting machines to prepare and perform quality check for all paint tinting orders.



Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare all paint tint orders
  • Check tinted orders for color accuracy
  • Lift and stack on storage pallets and shelves
  • Operate and maintain tinting machines for optimal functioning
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area


Skills and Experience required:

  • High School Degree is a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
  • Ability to read and follow work orders
  • Sensitive to color, able to see/differentiate color and efficient in color adjustments. 
  • Able to color match in the given time frame
  • Experience involving production operations or the use of basic tinting equipment is a major plus
  • Ability to operate paint dispensers, tint machine and mixer is a major plus

TRADE MARKETING OFFICER

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Officer will be responsible for the Colortek shops and authorized distributor’s network branding compliance supervision and management. He will work with store managers and distributors to understand their needs and identify opportunities for marketing programs development while executing brand engagement plans at the floor level by informing our sales team of product launches and news dissemination.


Key Accountabilities:



  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager for the planning and implementation of all in-store activities, including point of sale materials and promotion
  • Manage point of sale marketing as per marketing plan and promotional guidelines
  • Initiate and propose, together with the Retail Manager and Marketing Manager, sales promotions and product communication
  • Resolve any marketing/retail conflict, and devise plans to increase demand across the supply chain
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to read results reports of activities and to provide recommendations and forecasts
  • Follow up and supervise the loyalty card programs in all retail shops
  • Follow up on the CRM system implementation and update
  • Support the team in the proper execution of the training program
  • Supervise periodical displays in all branches
  • Ensure that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams and all Colortek stores
  • Provide weekly reports to the Marketing Manager and provide statistical data
  • Supervise Colortek franchisees by providing marketing guidelines and making sure they are abided by


Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • BA in related field
  • minimum of two years experience in related field
  • Holder of a valid Driver's License 
  • In depth knowledge of Colortek products & technical details (training provided)
  • Organized, confident, highly motivated self-starter
  • Excellent relationship building and good interpersonal skills
